Currently the Senior Chief Engineer at Leonardo Defence, he leads complex engineering programs and digital transformation initiatives. He has held key roles at Boeing, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and others.

Sheeren Stewart
Sheereen is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience, previously at KPMG. She has led international M&A teams and advised on high-value transactions in real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy. Her notable work includes managing financial diligence for OTPP’s ~$1bn investment in GIG and Brookfield’s investment in Scotia Gas Networks.

With over 20 years of experience, Martyn has led strategic procurement and supply chain operations for global companies like Honeywell, Aggreko, and Wood Group. He is skilled in transforming procurement functions into strategic business units within highly regulated industries such as Energy and Aerospace.

Shareena Ali
Shareena is a comms specialist marketer wth over 20 years experience in strategy, international regional media relations, B2B/B2C PR, coprorate comms, thought leadership and more.
Working across the UK, MENA, Europe, BRIC and the US, she has advised UK and international governments, Saudi PIF, ALAT, ADNOC, Aramco, COP 27/28, Climate Tech Forum.

Chris Carlisle
Formerly a sea-going marine engineer Chris' background includes Naval Architecture, System Engineering and project management.
Having led marine propulsion product development for Rolls-Royce Nordics, power plant design and delivery for Bergen Engines, and power product development for Aggreko, he has also delivered complex power system projects in the naval, mining, and oil & gas sector.

Andy King
Andy, a naval architect, has over 40 years international project design experience in the refit, conversion & newbuild sectors across the naval, commercial marine, cruise, ferry, and superyacht markets.
A Maritime UK Industry Ambassador, and Maritime UK Hydrogen Working Group member, recent projects have included CMDC winning studies, net zero vessel retrofit solutions, and smart waterborne transport studies.

Fatima Mottaghian
Fatima is a seasoned Senior Architect and BIM Manager with over 12 years of experience in design, project coordination, on-site construction, and management. Her expertise spans a diverse range of projects, from high-rise buildings to modular, lightweight, and portable structures.
She has played a key role in establishing BIM services and leading teams of architects and BIM modelers. She has a strong track record of collaborating with world-leading and award-winning architects and engineers, including WSP UK.

Worked for Arrival EV as senior leader during their $9B SPAC, autonomous racing series Roborace, World Rugby, and for the last 5 years at eVTOL racing series Airspeeder growing all media and marketing footprint. He has been responsible for the design and development of multiple highly successful cars and boats such as the McLaren P1 and Princess Yachts X95.
At Princess Yachts Paul held the positions of CTO and COO over an eight year period and therefore brings a wealth of marine experience to the team'.

Christian leads our smart building innovation team, designing our unique 'Lucia' building to integrate into the Smart Hubs in ELIRE Infra.
He is a registered architect with over two decades of experience, he collaborated with award winning practices in London and Amsterdam prior to establishing Loop Studio Associates in Italy.
He has held the role of professor in Sustainable Design for international institutes and involved in the field of research, focusing on modular construction strategies for the European building industry.

Mario leads a taleted team of designers to inspire and capture our innovative solutions across all ventures from infrastructure to aerospace.
He is an IF Gold award winning among others, experienced 3D parametric modeler and transportation designer.
He is an expert in high quality A-class surface modeling, having worked on many automotive projects with some of the worlds leading brands including Volvo group, Seat-Cupra and Ferrari.

Patrick is an operations, systems, and technology engineer with more than 28 years’ experience in leading diverse and cross-functional teams to develop innovative products. He has worked in Formula 1, automotive consulting, heavy industry and construction sectors managing cutting edge projects, executing global marketing strategies, and driving commercial, technical and data initiatives.
Patrick has expertise across a broad range of domains including hardware, software, robotics, simulation, control and electrification, coupled with substantial commercial and marketing experience.

Nathaniel Frithiof
Nathaniel is a seasoned safety expert specializing in battery electrification and hydrogen as a marine fuel.
With over a decade of experience at the classification society DNV, he played a key role in the development of the Safe Use of Hydrogen Handbook for Shipping.
Nathaniel has advised major shipowners on decarbonization strategies and now provides business development services focused on sustainable marine solutions—both onboard vessels and in shore-based infrastructure.

Ahmed Mossa
With nearly seven years of diverse construction experience, Ahmed is a proficient BIM Consultant with a solid foundation in architecture. Ahmeds career includes significant on-site work, particularly on high-rise buildings and the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuwait, where I gained valuable experience in construction coordination and the critical role of clash detection before construction. My expertise spans from design and planning, with a particular focus on integrating BIM technologies within both architectural and structural disciplines.
