Formerly a sea-going marine engineer, Chris' background includes Naval Architecture, System Engineering and project management.

Having led marine propulsion product development for Rolls-Royce Nordics, power plant design and delivery for Bergen Engines, and power product development for Aggreko, he has also delivered complex power system projects in the naval, mining, and oil & gas sectors. ​​​​

Andy, a naval architect, has over 40 years of international project design experience in the refit, conversion & newbuild sectors across the naval, commercial marine, cruise, ferry, and superyacht markets. He's a Maritime UK Industry Ambassador and Maritime UK Hydrogen Working Group member. Recent projects include CMDC winning studies, net-zero vessel retrofit solutions, and smart waterborne transport studies. ​

Fatima is a seasoned Senior Architect and BIM Manager with over 12 years of experience in design, project coordination, on-site construction, and management. Her expertise spans a diverse range of projects, from high-rise buildings to modular, lightweight, and portable structures. She has played a key role in establishing BIM services and leading teams of architects and BIM modellers.

Mahmoud Higazey was awarded a PhD in Structural Engineering from King Saud University. His dedication to the field has been recognised with the prestigious ACI Middle East & North Africa Fellowship from the American Concrete Institute. Mahmoud has deep knowledge and experience in developing sustainable and smart structures, special concretes, and structural assessment and retrofitting.

Stephen is a commercially-minded media and marketing strategist with 15 years of deep experience across a variety of sectors. He has a proven track record in brand building, sponsorship activation, and go-to-market strategy for frontier innovation. He previously worked for Arrival EV as a senior leader during their $9B SPAC, autonomous racing series Roborace, World Rugby, and eVTOL racing series Airspeeder.

Georgie operates at the intersection of ESG, brand, finance and innovation. An experienced strategist at HSBC, she brings global marketing knowledge within the sustainability and smart cities spaces. Her expertise includes developing marketing strategies, launching global propositions and executing campaigns.​​​​​​​​​

Yaiza is a versatile and Technical Artist specialising in Unreal Engine. She has participated in projects such as the multimillion-dollar The Neom project, virtual productions for major studios like Netflix, and has an extensive background in virtual television production, with several recognised awards in the broadcast industry in Spain.​​​​

Antonio is a Concept Design Artist and 3D Developer. He's been featured four times on the Behance platform as the best project in Product Design category and three times on the cover as the best visualisation in the Product Design category. He creates high-quality and realistic visualisations in the Interior, Architectural, Automotive and Industrial Design categories.

Levon is a Houdini Artist specialising in 3D motion design, animation, and VFX. With a strong focus on procedural workflows, he creates high-quality simulations, including liquid, pyro, and vellum effects, for commercial and entertainment projects. His expertise spans the full 3D pipeline, from modelling and animation to complex VFX, ensuring seamless production and visually compelling results.

Following a master’s in Yacht Design at Politecnico di Milano in Italy, Rime chose to pursue her ambition for a career in the yachting industry. She's worked at Feadship, the largest shipyard in the world, and at Lanéva Boat, designing fully electric boats, before gaining experience at Gulf Craft, the largest shipyard in the UAE. Today, she has co-founded her own yacht design studio.
