Andy is a veteran naval architect with over 40 years of international project design experience. A Maritime UK Industry Ambassador, he consults on naval and commercial marine projects, including net-zero vessel retrofits and smart waterborne transport studies, for leading UK and US corporates.

Chris, a former sea-going marine engineer, brings extensive expertise in naval architecture, systems engineering, and project management. He has led marine propulsion development for Rolls-Royce Nordics and delivered major power system projects across the naval, mining, and oil & gas sectors.

Alexandros Roidis MEng CEng MRINA is a Naval Architect with global experience across Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, and major maritime projects. He has worked on concept design, class approvals, in-service support, large-scale retrofits, and offshore renewables. Alexandros holds an MEng with Distinction from the Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde.

Richard is a senior chartered engineer with 20+ years of experience in the maritime and offshore energy sectors. Formerly at Lloyd’s Register, he specialises in managing complex engineering projects, innovation programs, and digital transformations.
